| 摘要 |
分析在接受放疗的肿瘤患者中应用舒适护理的效果。方法 抽选在2021年3月-2023年5月在我院接受的肿瘤放疗患者70例，按照随机分组的方式分为对照组患者35例常规护理，其余35例为观察组实施舒适护理，对比两组患者护理后的舒适度以及并发症的发生率。结果 观察组的生理、心理等各维度舒适度明显高于对照组，同时皮疹、感染等并发症发生率低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 舒适护理应用于放疗患者中可以提高患者身心的舒适度，利于更好地接受放疗治疗，同时并发症率低，可从护理的角度降低身体继发性损伤，进一步提高放疗质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying comfort nursing on cancer patients receiving radiotherapy. Methods A total of 70 tumor radiotherapy patients who received radiotherapy in our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 35 patients who received routine care, and an observation group of 35 patients who received comfort care. The comfort level and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The physiological and psychological comfort levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications such as rash and infection was lower than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in radiotherapy patients can improve their physical and mental comfort, facilitate better acceptance of radiotherapy treatment, and have a low incidence of complications. From a nursing perspective, it can reduce secondary injuries to the body and further improve the quality of radiotherapy.
