Objective To study and analyze the nursing intervention effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography. Methods A total of 40 patients receiving multi-slice spiral CT angiography in our hospital were selected from 2022.5 months to 2023.5 months, and randomly divided into 2 groups, 20 patients in the control group received routine nursing guidance, and 20 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing effect of two groups of patients with different nursing modes was compared, and the image quality, examination time, one-time examination success rate and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically compared. Results Compared with the results between groups, the observation group had a higher rate of excellent image quality, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The one-time examination success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, but the examination time and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than that of the control group, and the data were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In multi-slice spiral CT angiography, the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients is remarkable, which can improve the image quality, shorten the examination time, increase the success rate of one-time examination and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
