| 摘要 |
探讨在子宫内膜癌患者治疗时，应用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术的临床效果。方法 对106例接受手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者进行回顾性分析，根据手术方法的不同分成两组，将两组患者分别接受常规开放性手术和经脐单孔腹腔镜手术，分别标记为对照组和研究组，对手术结果进行统计学分析和比较。结果 两种手术方式实施后，患者术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合情况差、排气时间、盆腔淋巴结清扫个数不存在显著差异（p＞0.05）；但是研究组患者接受治疗后整体住院时间更短，手术24hVAS评分更低，患者对手术满意度更高（p＜0.05）；两组患者术后均不存在切口疝和脏器损伤的情况。结论 为子宫内膜癌患者实施经脐单孔腹腔镜手术可以有效缩短住院时间，减轻患者的疼痛程度，使得患者更加满意，是一种值得推广的方法。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometrial cancer. Methods The retrospective analysis of 106 endometrial cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment was divided into two groups according to the different surgical methods. The two groups undergoing conventional open surgery and transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery were marked as control group and study group, and the surgical results were statistically analyzed and compared. Results There were no significant differences in intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, poor incision healing, exhaust time and dissection in pelvic lymph nodes (p> 0.05); however, hospitalization was shorter, lower VAS score at 24 h, and higher satisfaction with surgery (p <0.05); no incisional hernia and organ injury. Conclusion Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery for endometrial cancer patients can effectively shorten the hospital time, reduce the pain degree of patients, and make patients more satisfied, which is a method worth popularizing.
