| 摘要 |
分析循证护理在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的应用价值。方法 将我院于2022年12月-2023年12月收治的74例行血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各37例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用循证护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用循证护理后，其肾功能指标、自护能力评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理可有效改善慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者肾功能，提升其自护能力，并降低不良事件发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 74 cases of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 37 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After adopting evidence-based nursing, the observation group showed better renal function indicators, self-care ability scores, and incidence of complications compared to the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing can effectively improve renal function, enhance self-care ability, and reduce the risk of adverse events in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.
