| 摘要 |
本文探究人文关怀护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者负面情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法 此次研究对象均是我院肿瘤科收治的消化道恶性肿瘤患者，实施常规护理措施的分为对照组，采取人文关怀护理方案的纳为研究组，对比不同护理措施两组患者护理效果。结果 研究组治疗依从性为94.87%、护理满意度为97.44%，对照组依次为69.23%和76.92%，且研究组患者负面情绪和生命质量改善情况也显著好于对照组，P＜0.05，组间存在对比性。结论 对消化道恶性肿瘤患者实施人文关怀护理措施，不但缓解患者的负面情绪，还提高了护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effects of humanistic care on negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with digestive tract malignant tumors. Methods The subjects of this study were all patients with gastrointestinal malignancies admitted to the oncology department of our hospital. The patients who implemented routine nursing measures were divided into the control group, and the patients who adopted humanistic care nursing plan were divided into the study group. The nursing effects of different nursing measures were compared. Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the study group were 94.87% and 97.44%, respectively, in the control group were 69.23% and 76.92%, respectively, and the improvement of negative emotion and quality of life in the study group was also significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care and nursing measures for patients with digestive tract malignant tumors can not only alleviate the negative emotions of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of nursing.
