| 摘要 |
探讨临床护理路径对泌尿外科患者泌尿造口皮肤护理中的影响。方法 本研究选取本院自2021年1月至2023年12月泌尿外科收治的病人150名，以随机数表法分成两组，每组75名；对照组按常规的护理方式进行干预，观察组按临床护理路径的方法进行干预。结果 临床护理路径干预后，观察组护理效果显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论 将临床护理路径应用于泌尿外科，可获得较好的护理结果，是一种值得推广的方法。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of clinical nursing pathway on urology patients in urostomy skin care. Methods 150 patients admitted to the Department of Urology of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for this study, and divided into two groups of 75 patients each by the random number table method; the control group was intervened according to the conventional nursing care, and the observation group was intervened according to the method of clinical nursing path. Results After the clinical nursing pathway intervention, the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Applying the clinical nursing pathway to urology can obtain better nursing results, and it is a method worth promoting.
