| 摘要 |
探究人文关怀在血透患者护理工作中的护理应用影响效果。方法 选取（2021年4月至2022年3月）的48例血液透析患者，通过随机数字表法方式分为观察组（人文关怀护理）和对比组（常规护理）各24例，整理两组患者的心理状态评分、生活质量评分、护理质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者的心理状态评分低于对比组，生活质量评分高于对比组，护理质量评分高于对组，不良反应发生率低于对比组，呈p<0.05。结论 人文关怀护理措施的实施，能够稳定患者情绪降低负面心理的影响，可提高患者的生活质量水平，提高患者对护理质量的认可，可降低不良反应发生率保障透析的顺利进行，进而提高患者的护理满意度，实现最终的治疗效果，可予以推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care in the nursing of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 48 hemodialysis patients (April 2021 to March 2022) were selected and divided into observation group (humanistic care nursing) and comparison group (routine nursing) with 24 cases each by random number table method. The psychological status score, quality of life score, quality of nursing score and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were sorted out. Results The psychological status score, quality of life score and nursing quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the comparison group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the comparison group, with p<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care and nursing measures can stabilize patients emotions and reduce the negative psychological impact, improve patients quality of life, improve patients recognition of nursing quality, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to ensure the smooth progress of dialysis, and then improve patients nursing satisfaction and achieve the final treatment effect, which can be popularized.
