“知信行”健康教育模式应用于老年糖尿病患者护理中的临床效果分析

摘要
对老年糖尿病患者采用“知信行”健康教育方式并分析其在护理中的临床效果。方法 随机抽取在我院进行医治的老年糖尿病患者,共60例,根据给予的护理方式不同进行随机分组研究,常规护理(对照组)30例,“知信行”健康教育模式(观察组)30例,随后分析两组患者的知信行评分。结果 观察组的知识、信念以及行为评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 运用“知信行”健康教育模式可有效增强老年糖尿病患者对知识、信念和行为的认知度,具有积极意义,因此值得应用。
Abstract
Objective To adopt the health education method of "knowing, believing and acting" in elderly patients with diabetes and analyze its clinical effect in nursing. Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes were randomly selected in our hospital. According to different nursing methods, a randomized study was conducted, including 30 cases of routine nursing (control group) and 30 cases of "knowing and practicing" health education mode (observation group). The scores of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The scores of knowledge, belief and behavior in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The health education model of "knowing and believing" can effectively increase the cognition of knowledge, belief and behavior of elderly patients with diabetes, and it has positive significance, so it is worth applying.
