| 摘要 |
分析护理临床路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的64例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用护理临床路径干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用护理临床路径干预后，其疾病知识掌握程度评分、髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 护理临床路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中可有效提升患者对疾病的认知程度，改善其髋关节功能，并降低并发症发生风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing clinical pathway in the nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods 64 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received nursing clinical pathway intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After using the nursing clinical pathway intervention, the observation group had better scores in disease knowledge mastery, hip joint function, and incidence of complications compared to the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing clinical pathway can effectively enhance the patients awareness of the disease, improve their hip joint function, and reduce the risk of complications in the care of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.
