| 摘要 |
分析乳腺肿瘤患者伤口应用优质护理对美容效果的影响，旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法 选择2022.3.2-2023.3.2本院收治的220例女性乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象，分为传统组、新式组，各110例。传统组接受常规围术期护理，新式组接受围术期优质伤口护理，分析结果。结果 相较于传统组，新式组患者干预后乳房表面美观评分（BSBs）更高，SAS以及SDS分数更低，护理满意率更高，P＜0.05。结论 对于接受手术治疗疾病的乳腺肿瘤患者而言，在围术期内为患者实施围术期优质伤口护理可改善其术后伤口美观度，同时也能消除患者内心不良心理，提升护理满意率。这一方案值得进一步在临床内推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of high-quality nursing on the cosmetic effect of wounds in breast cancer patients, and to provide reference literature for related personnels research work. Methods 220 female breast tumor patients admitted to our hospital from March 2, 2022 to March 2, 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divided into a traditional group and a new group, with 110 cases in each group. The traditional group received routine perioperative care, while the new group received high-quality perioperative wound care, and the results were analyzed. Results Compared with the traditional group, the new group had higher breast surface aesthetics scores (BSBs), lower SAS and SDS scores, and higher nursing satisfaction rates after intervention, with P<0.05. Conclusion For breast cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment, providing high-quality perioperative wound care during the perioperative period can improve their postoperative wound aesthetics, eliminate negative psychological factors, and increase nursing satisfaction. This plan is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
