| 摘要 |
分析腰椎显微镜手术疼痛管理中循证护理模式应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月~2023年5月本院收治的腰椎显微镜手术70例为研究对象，将上述研究对象基于随机数字表法分为不同护理干预小组，对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受循证护理。观察两组护理效果差异。结果 与护理干预前相比，干预3d、干预7d后研究组疼痛评分低于对照组，舒适状况量表评分高于对照组，且研究组护理满意度高（P＜0.05）。结论 对于进行腰椎显微镜手术治疗患者，术后开展疼痛管理时采取循证护理模式能够提升疼痛控制效果，改善患者舒适度，利于提高临床护理质量，临床可进一步推广运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing mode in pain management during lumbar microsurgical surgery. Methods 70 cases of lumbar microsurgery admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The above research subjects were randomly divided into different nursing intervention groups based on a random number table method. The control group received routine care, while the study group received evidence-based care. Observe the difference in nursing outcomes between the two groups. Results Compared with before nursing intervention, after 3 and 7 days of intervention, the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the comfort scale score was higher than that of the control group. Moreover, the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing lumbar microsurgical treatment, adopting an evidence-based nursing model during postoperative pain management can improve pain control effectiveness, improve patient comfort, and enhance clinical nursing quality. It can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
