多元化考核模式在儿童急危重症护理学教学中的应用效果分析

| 摘要 |
以提高儿童急危重症护理学教学质量为研究目标,在教学中实施多元化考核模式,明确其对儿童急危重症护理学学生的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中儿童急危重症护理学学生为分析对象,共计60例,于2023.01-06期间行常规教学模式(作为对照组),于2023.07-12期间行多元化考核模式教学(作为观察组),比对两组教学情况。结果 教学质量方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。学生满意度、理论成绩、实践操作成绩与综合能力方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。结论 多元化考核模式的应用可提高儿童急危重症护理学教学质量、学生满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the teaching quality of childrens acute critical care nursing as the research goal, to implement a diversified assessment model in teaching, to clarify its impact on childrens acute critical care nursing students. Methods From January to December 2023, a total of 60 cases of children in acute and critical care nursing were analyzed. They received conventional teaching mode from January to June 2023.20 (as the control group) and diversified assessment mode teaching from July to December 2023.20 (as the observation group). The teaching situation of the two groups was compared. Results In terms of teaching quality, the values of observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of student satisfaction, academic performance, practical performance and comprehensive ability, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified assessment model can improve the teaching quality and students satisfaction of acute and critical nursing.
