| 摘要 |
观察帕金森病患者接受早期床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理改善吞咽功能障碍的效果。方法 筛选本院收治帕金森病患者共94例，时段2022年10月至2023年10月。依据入院顺序编号并随机分组，两组各47例。对照组方案为常规早期床旁吞咽功能筛查干预，观察组在此基础予以康复护理。对比两组干预前后吞咽功能、生活质量变化，并评价整体护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组，前者护理总有效率提高更明显（P＜0.05）。对比标准吞咽功能评估量表（SSA），干预后两组患者评分较各组干预前均有下降（P＜0.05）；同时观察组评分下降幅度较对照更明显（P＜0.05）。对比吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表（SWAL-QOL），干预后两组患者评分较各组干预前均有升高（P＜0.05）；同时观察组评分升高幅度较对照更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 帕金森病患者接受早期床旁吞咽功能筛查及康复护理具有显著效果，可明显缓解吞咽功能障碍，提高生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the effect of early bedside swallowing function screening and rehabilitation nursing on improving swallowing dysfunction in patients with Parkinsons disease. Methods A total of 94 patients with Parkinsons disease were selected in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023. According to the order of admission, 47 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was routine early screening intervention for swallowing function at bed, and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The changes of swallowing function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups, and the overall nursing effect was evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Compared with the standard swallowing function Assessment Scale (SSA), the scores of patients in both groups decreased after intervention compared with those before intervention (P < 0.05). The score of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with SWAL-QOL, scores of patients in both groups were higher after intervention than before intervention (P < 0.05). At the same time, the score of the observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early bedside swallowing function screening and rehabilitation nursing for patients with Parkinsons disease have significant effects, which can significantly alleviate swallowing dysfunction and improve quality of life.
