| 摘要 |
观察体外膜肺氧技术（ECMO）治疗患者开展程序化路径护理的价值。方法 筛选我院2022年10月至2023年10月内开展ECMO治疗患者，依照入院顺序对94例患者随机划分两组，每组47例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组予以程序化路径护理。评价患者相关恢复指标、动脉血气分析指标、并发症情况。结果 相比对照组，观察组氧合指数恢复时间、血管活性药物使用时长、ECMO治疗时间、ICU停留时长、并发症总发生率显著减少（P＜0.05）。相比对照组，观察组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2差异不明显（P＞0.05）。结论 ECMO患者开展程序化路径护理有助于血气指标改善，加快病情恢复，降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the value of programmed pathway nursing in patients treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygen (ECMO). Methods Patients receiving ECMO treatment in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected, and 94 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given programmed route nursing. The relevant recovery indexes, arterial blood gas analysis indexes and complications were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the oxygenation index recovery time, vasoactive drug use time, ECMO treatment time, ICU stay time and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group were not significantly different after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the blood gas index, accelerate the recovery of ECMO patients and reduce the risk of complications.
