| 摘要 |
分析集束化护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后的影响。方法 将我院于2023.01月-2023.12月收治的68例行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各34例。对照组术后应用常规护理，观察组应用集束化护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用集束化护理后，其康复效果指标、心功能指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 集束化护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后可提升患者整体康复效果，改善其心功能，并降低并发症发生率风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of bundle care on postoperative cardiac valve replacement surgery. Methods 68 patients who underwent heart valve replacement surgery in a hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care after surgery, while the observation group received bundled nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After adopting bundled care, the rehabilitation effect indicators, cardiac function indicators, and incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Bundled care can improve the overall rehabilitation effect of patients after heart valve replacement surgery, improve their cardiac function, and reduce the risk of complications.
