| 摘要 |
分析在老年冠心病护理中应用危险因素分析的效果。方法 以随机方法抽选在2021年5月-2023年5月期间于我院就诊治疗的冠心病患者80例为研究的对象，以表格随机分组分对照组40例常规护理，观察组40例基于危险因素分析后采取护理，对比两组躯体舒适程度、不良事件发生概率。结果 观察组生理、心理等各维度评分显著大于对照组，复发心绞痛、心肌梗死等不良事件发生率也低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在冠心病护理中应用风险因素分析且护理能提高患者躯体舒适度，更好更稳定接受治疗护理，同时危险因素分析可识别潜在风险，对其控制预防，可降低不良事件发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying risk factor analysis in elderly coronary heart disease nursing. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease who received treatment at our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases receiving routine care and an observation group of 40 cases receiving care based on risk factor analysis. The physical comfort level and the probability of adverse events between the two groups were compared. Results The physiological and psychological scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events such as recurrent angina and myocardial infarction was also lower than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk factor analysis in coronary heart disease nursing can improve patient physical comfort, better and more stable treatment and nursing. At the same time, risk factor analysis can identify potential risks, control and prevent them, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
