| 摘要 |
观察在对神经外科患者护理过程中开展健康教育的价值。方法 在2023年2月至12月本院神经外科患者中选择76例为对象，按照数字表随机排序划分对照组（38例，治疗过程中开展常规护理）和观察组（38例，常规护理+健康教育）。观察两组护理效果。结果 对比患者护理前后心理状态，干预前无差异，干预后观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者治疗依从性，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者治疗期间生活质量，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对神经外科患者护理时开展健康教育，可以改善患者心理状态，提升患者生活质量并增加患者治疗依从性。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the value of health education in the nursing of neurosurgical patients. Methods From February to December 2023, 76 cases of neurosurgery patients in our hospital were selected as objects, and were randomly divided into control group (38 cases, routine nursing during treatment) and observation group (38 cases, routine nursing + health education) according to the number table. The nursing effect of the two groups was observed. Results There was no difference in the psychological state before and after intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the treatment compliance, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education in the nursing of neurosurgical patients can improve the psychological state of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and increase the compliance of patients.
