| 摘要 |
分析ICU重症患者的护理中对其实施心理护理的临床价值。方法 以2021年1月-2023年6月期间我院ICU收治的100例患者为观察对象，随机均分为对照观察二组，对照组行常规ICU护理，观察组联合心理护理，评价两组患者的认知心理状态、护理满意度。结果 在干预后，与观察组相比，对照组的NEECHAM、HAMA、HAMD、ICUESS评分较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU重症患者的护理中对其实施心理护理可改善患者的ICU内压力，改善患者的情绪状态，有助于提升患者护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical value of psychological care in the care of critically ill patients in the ICU. Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group received routine ICU care, while the observation group received combined psychological care. The cognitive and psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results After intervention, compared with the observation group, the control group had higher NEECHAM, HAMA, HAMD, and ICUESS scores, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing psychological care in the care of critically ill patients in the ICU can improve their internal stress, emotional state, and help enhance their nursing satisfaction.
