Objective This article will focus on patients with acute cerebral infarction, apply integrated nursing interventions with specialized diseases, and explore the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients. Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental subjects, with a sampling period from December 2022 to December 2023. The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (conventional nursing intervention) and an intervention group (specialized disease integrated nursing intervention) using a digital randomization method, with 34 patients in each group. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The rehabilitation effect and quality of life improvement of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, with a lower incidence of complications and higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, the use of integrated nursing intervention with specialized diseases has ideal clinical nursing effects, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, promote rapid recovery of patients, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients after nursing, which is conducive to improving the level of clinical nursing services and can be actively promoted.
