| 摘要 |
本文旨在评估强化护理在小儿哮喘雾化吸入激素治疗中的应用价值。方法 选择2022年12月-2023年12月收治的哮喘患儿50例，给予患儿雾化吸入治疗，将患儿随机分为对照组（n=25例，采用常规护理）与实验组（n=25例，采用强化护理）。对比两组症状缓解时间、哮喘发作次数、家长护理知识掌握程度以及患儿肺功能指标。结果 实验组患儿症状缓解时间、哮喘发作次数低于对照组，家长护理知识掌握程度以及肺功能指标优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 强化护理能够有效改善哮喘患儿肺功能相关指标，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective This article aims to evaluate the application value of intensified nursing in nebulized steroid therapy for pediatric asthma. Methods Fifty children with asthma admitted from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and given nebulized inhalation treatment. The children were randomly divided into a control group (n=25 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=25 cases, receiving intensive care). Compare the time of symptom relief, frequency of asthma attacks, mastery of parental nursing knowledge, and pulmonary function indicators between two groups. Results The time for symptom relief and the frequency of asthma attacks in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of parental nursing knowledge and lung function indicators were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Enhanced nursing can effectively improve lung function related indicators in children with asthma, enhance treatment effectiveness, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
