| 摘要 |
总结1例急性坏死性筋膜炎同时伴随着病灶大面积蔓延患者实施护理干预的体会。本文中选择的1例患者是在北京中日友好医院，该患者病情相对较为危急，同时病灶蔓延面积较大，需对其实施手术治疗，在术后根据患者情况实施一体化护理干预管理，并且采用多学科护理，通过对患者饮食、疼痛、营养支撑、创面等护理模式进行干预，在患者出院之后实施延续性护理，在患者经过护理和治疗干预，患者术后48天内已经全部得到愈合，顺利进行出院。

| Abstract |
To summarize the experience of nursing intervention in a patient with acute Necrotizing fasciitis disease accompanied by large-area spread of lesions. One patient selected in this paper was in Beijing sino-japanese Friendship Hospital. The patients condition was relatively critical and the lesion spread area was large, integrated nursing intervention management was carried out according to patients conditions after operation, and multidisciplinary nursing was adopted to intervene patients diet, pain, nutritional support and wound surface, continuous care was performed after the patient was discharged, and after the patient had undergone nursing and therapeutic interventions, all patients had healed within 48 days after surgery and were discharged smoothly.
