社区护理干预对孕产妇围产期保健质量的影响分析

| 摘要 |
探讨孕产妇给予社区护理干预对其围产期保健质量的干预效果。方法：选取2022年9月至2023年7月社区孕产妇120例，随机分为观察组（社区护理干预）和对照组（常规产前检查和护理）各60例，对比效果。结果 观察组保健知识知晓率、住院分娩率、总孕检次数5次以上占比及产后健康检查率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组滞产、产后出血、产褥感染及总孕检次数≤5次均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 社区护理干预可有效提升孕产妇围产期的保健质量，效果良好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the quality of perinatal health care for pregnant women. Methods From September 2022 to July 2023, 120 pregnant women in community were selected and randomly divided into observation group (community nursing intervention) and control group (routine prenatal examination and nursing), 60 cases each, to compare the effect. Results The health knowledge awareness rate, hospital delivery rate, the total number of pregnancy examination more than 5 times and postpartum health examination rate in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Delayed labor, postpartum hemorrhage, puerperal infection and total pregnancy examination times ≤5 times in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of maternal health care in perinatal period, and the effect is good.
