| 摘要 |
分析妊娠高血压患者接受心理健康护理的作用。方法 将本院确诊的90例妊娠高血压患者随机划分两组，每组45例，时段2022年10月至2023年10月。对照组行常规护理，观察组行心理健康护理。基于情绪状态、血压指标、护理满意度对两组作出评价。结果 对比SAS、SDS评分、收缩压、舒张压，观察组干预后相比对照组均有更显著下降（P＜0.05）。对比护理总满意率，观察组相比对照组有更显著提升（P＜0.05）。结论 妊娠高血压患者接受心理健康护理能改善负面情绪，降低血压指标，满意度更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of mental health care in pregnant hypertensive patients. Methods 90 cases of hypertensive pregnancy patients diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group, from October 2022 to October 2023. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received mental health nursing. The two groups were evaluated based on emotional state, blood pressure index and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, SAS, SDS scores, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in the observation group after intervention (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly improved in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension receive mental health care can improve negative emotions, reduce blood pressure index, and have higher satisfaction.
