| 摘要 |
分析在四肢骨折患者护理质量中应用综合护理的效果。方法：抽选2021年5月-2023年5月于我院就诊的四肢骨折患者90例为研究对象，以表格随机分组45例为对照组，实施常规护理，其余45例为观察组，实施综合护理，对比两组护理质量以及并发症的发生概率。结果 观察组的患者VAS疼痛评分更低、红肿消退时间更快、骨折愈合更快，整体住院时间更短，同时并发症的发生概率更低，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 综合护理可明显提高四肢骨折患者的护理质量，利于患者疼痛程度降低，骨折尽早愈合，还能降低并发症的发生概率，减少患者继发性身体损伤，多元化的加快康复进程。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying comprehensive nursing in the nursing quality of patients with limb fractures. Methods 90 patients with limb fractures who visited our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. 45 patients were randomly divided into a control group using a table, receiving routine care and the remaining 45 patients as the observation group, receiving comprehensive care. The quality of care and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had lower VAS pain scores, faster resolution of redness and swelling, faster fracture healing, shorter overall hospital stay, and lower probability of complications, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the quality of care for patients with limb fractures, reduce pain levels, facilitate early fracture healing, reduce the probability of complications, reduce secondary physical injuries, and accelerate the rehabilitation process in a diversified manner.
