Objective To explore the application value of health education for breastfeeding in primiparous women. Methods 100 cases of primipara included in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the goal of this study, including the control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education intervention, and the observation group received interactive health education intervention to compare the psychological resilience score and breastfeeding status score of the two groups、Nursing satisfaction. Results Before nursing, the scores of psychological resilience and breastfeeding (P > 0.05); after nursing, optimism, tenacity and strength scores in the observation group (P < 0.05); breastfeeding knowledge and breastfeeding skills in the observation group (P < 0.05)；The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Interactive health education intervention for primary maternal breastfeeding can improve patients anxiety, depression, irritability and other bad psychology, keep the puerpera optimistic, improve tenacity, and improve the breastfeeding rate.
