| 摘要 |
探讨子宫肌瘤患者护理中优质护理的实施效果。方法 时间为2023年1月至2023年12月，筛选后共计80名子宫肌瘤患者，分成40名患者的对照组（常规护理）和40名患者的研究组（优质护理），对比两组结果。结果 在临床手术指标的术中出血量、临床恢复指标、负性心理情绪评分、护理满意度、并发症发生率的数据上研究组均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。在临床手术指标的手术时间上差异不显著（P>0.05）。结论 在子宫肌瘤患者中应用优质护理能够有效改善患者的临床恢复指标，患者负性情绪改善明显，护理满意度提高，并发症发生率降低，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the implementation effect of high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, a total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids were screened and divided into a 40-patient control group (conventional care) and a 40-patient study group (quality care). The results of the two groups were compared. Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in the data of intraoperative blood loss, clinical recovery index, negative psychological and emotional score, nursing satisfaction and complication rate (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the operative time of clinical surgical indexes (P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with uterine fibroids can effectively improve the clinical recovery indicators of patients, patients negative emotions are significantly improved, nursing satisfaction is increased, and the incidence of complications is reduced, which is worth popularizing.
