| 摘要 |
以促进脑出血术后患者恢复为研究目标，在临床中实施康复护理，明确其对脑出血术后患者的影响。方法 以2023.01~12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的脑出血术后患者为分析对象，共计95例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、康复护理手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 心理健康方面，两组相比，观察组各项更低（P<0.05）。机体功能方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施康复护理，能够对脑出血术后患者产生积极影响，有利于改善心理健康及机体功能，促进身心健康。

| Abstract |
The aim of this study is to promote postoperative recovery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and to implement rehabilitation nursing in clinical practice to clarify its impact on postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Method: A total of 95 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital between January and December 2023 were analyzed. They were divided into a control group (49 cases) and an observation group (46 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing interventions were implemented using conventional and rehabilitation nursing methods, and the intervention situation was analyzed. In terms of mental health, the observation group had lower scores (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. In terms of body function, the observation group had higher values (P<0.05) compared to the two groups. Conclusion: Implementing rehabilitation nursing in clinical practice can have a positive impact on postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage, improve mental health and physical function, and promote physical and mental health.
