| 摘要 |
探讨在创伤性骨折合并多发性骨折患者护理中应用心理护理效果。方法 选取本院收治的创伤性骨折合并多发性骨折患者90例，按照随机方法将其平均分为两组，对照组（45例，常规护理）与观察组（45例，常规护理+心理护理），对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能等评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理的应用能够有效改善创伤性骨折合并多发性骨折患者心理状态，减轻疼痛，进一步提升其生活质量，应用效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures. Methods 90 patients with traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures were randomly divided into two groups: control group (45 cases, routine nursing) and observation group (45 cases, routine nursing + psychological nursing). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with traumatic fractures combined with multiple fractures, reduce pain, and further improve their quality of life, and the application effect is good.
