集束化护理对髋关节置换术后DVT预防的效果

摘要	研究分析集束化护理对预防髋关节置换术后DVT的效果。方法抽取86例于我院2023年1月至2023年12月期间入院行髋关节置换术的患者，以双色球法划为两组，各43例。比较两组的术后DVT发生概率、血液流速、血液指标。结果与对照组相比，研究组患者术后发生DVT的概率更低，且血液流速和血液指标均优于对照组，P＜0.05，存在统计学意义。结论集束化护理对预防髋关节置换术后DVT的效果显著，值得推广利用。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the effect of cluster nursing on prevention of DVT after hip replacement. Methods A total of 86 patients admitted to our hospital for hip replacement from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group by bicolor method. The probability of postoperative DVT, blood flow velocity and blood indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the probability of postoperative DVT in the study group was lower, and the blood flow velocity and blood indexes were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of cluster nursing on the prevention of DVT after hip replacement is significant, and it is worth promoting and using.
