个性化护理结合中医康复疗法在老年脑梗死护理中的应用

| 摘要 |
分析老年脑梗死患者实施个性化护理结合中医康复疗法的价值。方法 纳入我院2022年6月至2023年6月时段内确诊收治老年脑梗死病人，将入组的94例病人随机划分两组。其中47例归入对照组予以常规护理，另47例归入观察组予以个性化护理服务结合中医康复疗法。从干预前后进行综合评价。结果 比较Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分（FMA）、Barthel指数（BI）结果，干预后上述评分显著升高（P＜0.05）；两组间比较，观察组上述评分升高趋势较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。比较WHOQOL-BREF，干预后比干预前评分显著升高（P＜0.05）；两组间比较，观察组上述评分升高趋势较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 老年脑梗死病人接受个性化护理结合中医康复疗法，其运动功能、日常自理能力都有更显著改善，并促进生活质量全面提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of individualized nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 94 patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 47 cases were assigned to the control group to receive routine nursing, and 47 cases were assigned to the observation group to receive personalized nursing services combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out before and after the intervention. Results Compared with the results of Fugl-Meyer Motor function score (FMA) and Barthel index (BI), the above scores were significantly increased after intervention (P < 0.05). Compared between the two groups, the above score of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The WHOQOL-BREF score after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention (P < 0.05). Compared between the two groups, the above score of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with cerebral infarction who receive personalized nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve their motor function and daily self-care ability, and promote the overall improvement of life quality.
