| 摘要 |
探索纽曼系统的护理干预在宫颈癌根治术患者下肢淋巴水肿的预防效果。方法 选择我院收治的60例例宫颈癌根治术患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别进行常规护理和纽曼系统的护理干预，对比效果。结果 观察组各数据情况均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 纽曼系统的护理干预可以使宫颈癌患者下肢淋巴水肿的发生率减少，使负面情绪缓解，使生活质量提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention of Newman system on lower limb lymphedema in patients undergoing radical cervical cancer resection. Methods 60 cases of patients with radical cervicectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, respectively receiving routine nursing and Newman system nursing intervention, to compare the effect. Results All the data in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of Newman system can reduce the incidence of lower limb lymphedema in patients with cervical cancer, alleviate negative emotions and improve quality of life.
