| Abstract |
This study aims to analyze the key factors of teamwork in child hospice care. Through comprehensive literature review and in-depth analysis, summarize the research results on teamwork in child hospice care, explore the key factors of teamwork in child hospice care, analyze the training needs of different professionals and the impact of training on teamwork, and emphasize the key role of mental health and social support in the team. The importance of these factors to children and their families is summarized. It is hoped that it can provide useful theoretical support and practical guidance to improve the comprehensive nursing level, promote the understanding of team cooperation optimization in the field of child hospice care, and provide targeted suggestions for improving nursing practice in the future.
