| 摘要 |
分析连续腹膜透析患者中实施延续性护理的作用。方法 将本院在2023年1月到2024年1月间接诊的200例进行连续腹膜透析病患研究，以随机数字表法原则分成对照组与研究组各100例，前组实施常规护理，后组应用延续性护理，比较组间护理后临床数据结果情况。结果 研究组通过延续性护理服务后，使得临床各项数据结果均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 延续性具有护理价值，可改善心理状态、提高满意度，值得广泛推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of implementing continuity of care in patients undergoing continuous peritoneal dialysis. Method A study was conducted on 200 consecutive peritoneal dialysis patients admitted tour hospital between January 2023 and January 2024. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 100 patients in each group using a random number table method. The former group received routine care, while the latter group received continuity care. The clinical data results after intergroup care were compared. Result After receiving continuity of care services, there search group achieved better clinical data results than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuity has nursing value, can improve psychological state, increase satisfaction, and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
