| 摘要 |
探讨在急性酒精中毒患者急救中采取急诊护理的效果。方法 选取本院急诊科收治的92例急性酒精中毒患者，随机平均划分为两组，其中对照组46例，给予常规急救护理；观察组46例给予急诊护理，并对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，两组临床指标、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度等方面均改善，且观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急诊中对于急性酒精中毒患者进行急救时辅以急诊护理，能够有效改善患者临床指标情况，降低并发症发生几率，进一步提高其生活质量，应用效果显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of emergency care in patients with acute alcoholism. Methods 92 cases of patients with acute alcoholism admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, among which 46 patients of control group received routine emergency care; 46 patients of observation group received emergency care, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, clinical indicators, complications and quality of life improved in both groups, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the emergency department of emergency treatment for acute alcoholism patients, which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and further improve their quality of life, and the application effect is remarkable.
