| 摘要 |
探究护患沟通对老年糖尿病护理的影响。方法 将2023年1月至同年12月200例糖尿病患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，比较最终护理效果。结果 观察组护理满意度及护理依从性高于对照组，心理状态评分、血糖水平低于对照组，呈P<0.05。结论 护患沟通提高患者的护理满意度及护理依从性，能够降低心理状态评分、血糖水平。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of nurse patient communication on nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 200 patients with diabetes were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table, and the final nursing effect was compared Result The nursing satisfaction and compliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the psychological state score and blood glucose level were lower than those of the control group, with a P < 0.05 correlation. Conclusion Nursing patient communication improves patient satisfaction and compliance with nursing care, which can reduce psychological state scores and blood sugar levels.
