| 摘要 |
观察分析对髋关节骨折手术患者实施手术室护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2022年2月至2023年2月内就诊的60例髋关节骨折手术患者，随机分为对照组（30例，常规护理）和实验组（30例，手术室护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 护理后实验组的社会功能、心理功能、生理功能、精神状态评分更高，手术时间更短，负性情绪评分更低，护理满意度更高，实验组不良事件发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 手术室护理可以有效减少髋关节骨折手术患者不良事件发生率，缓解负性情绪，缩短手术时间，提高护理满意度和生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of operating room nursing for patients with hip fracture surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (30 cases, operating room nursing), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. Results After nursing, the scores of social function, psychological function, physiological function and mental state in the experimental group were higher, the operation time was shorter, the negative emotion score was lower, the nursing satisfaction was higher, and the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events, relieve negative emotions, shorten operation time, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life in patients with hip fracture surgery, and has high application value.
