Objective To study the clinical effect of high-quality nursing in patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome. Methods A group nursing study was carried out on 60 patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome who received diagnosis and treatment in the colored ultrasound room of our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024. The 60 patients were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) by random number table. During the examination, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing intervention. The final nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The results of the two groups after nursing showed that the anxiety of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the nursing compliance was higher than that in the control group, the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that in the control group, and the final satisfaction of patients with nursing was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic coronary ischemia syndrome can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, improve patients negative emotions, enhance patients nursing compliance, reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events, and make clinical nursing work recognized and satisfied by patients.
