Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation care in patients with spastic spinal cord injury. Methods During the period from March 2022 to March 2024, all patients were divided into groups with 45 patients in each group, the control group provided routine nursing, and rehabilitation nursing intervention, and analyzed the clinical effects of the two nursing modes. Results The comparison of the nursing results of the two groups found that the anxiety and compliance of the observation group were better than that of the control group, the symptom improvement time was shorter than the control group, the residual urine volume of the bladder was less than that of the control group, the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life of the patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of spinal cord injury patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing service, enhance the physical and mental comfort and coordination of patients, improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a short time, reduce the amount of residual urine and the occurrence of complications, and reduce the harm of the disease.
