| 摘要 |
探究子宫肌瘤采用优质护理的应用效果。方法 随机把我院2021年6月至2023年6月间收治的60例子宫肌瘤分2组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，比较两组干预效果。结果 干预后观察组SAS、VAS、生活质量指标各指标改善效果明显优于对照组，观察组首次排气时间与住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理模式的应用在改善患者焦虑情绪与减轻患者疼痛方面效果较为明显，进一步减少术后并发症，促进患者生活质量提升，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing for uterine fibroids. Methods 60 cases of uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the improvement effects of SAS, VAS and quality of life indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the first exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model has obvious effects in improving patients anxiety and relieving patients pain, further reducing postoperative complications and promoting the improvement of patients quality of life, which is worthy of popularization and application.
