| 摘要 |
探究加速康复护理程序在肝脏肿瘤手术中的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2022年12月期间在我院进行肝脏肿瘤手术的患者60例，按照数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例患者，对照组进行常规康复护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上，进行加速康复护理程序干预，对比两组护理干预后的并发症发生率和生活质量评分。结果 观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论 加速康复护理程序在肝脏肿瘤手术中应用有显著的效果，能够有效地降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，值得临床实践应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation nursing procedure in liver tumor surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing liver tumor surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to numerical random method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention, while the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The complication rate and quality of life score after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation nursing program in liver tumor surgery has significant effects, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of clinical practice.
