| 摘要 |
分析适时理论的围术期护理对内镜下胃肠息肉切除术患者的术后恢复影响。方法 随机将2022年1月~2023年12月期间我院收治的100例内镜下胃肠息肉切除术患者分为2组，每组均为50例，对照组围术期实施常规护理，观察组围术期开展适时理论护理，对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果 观察组术后恢复时间、心理状态评分、疾病应对能力评分及护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 内镜下胃肠息肉切除术患者加强适时理论护理干预可以减轻患者心理负面情绪，强化患者疾病应对能力，有助于促进患者病情尽快恢复，且患者护理满意度更高，值得临床广泛推广及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of timely theoretical perioperative nursing on postoperative recovery of patients with endoscopic gastrointestinal polyp resection. Methods 100 patients with endoscopic gastrointestinal polyp resection admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period, while the observation group received timely theoretical nursing during perioperative period, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The recovery time, psychological status score, disease coping ability score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening timely theoretical nursing intervention in patients with endoscopic gastrointestinal polyp resection can alleviate patients negative psychological emotions, strengthen patients disease coping ability, help promote patients disease recovery as soon as possible, and patients nursing satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
