| 摘要 |
分析急性心肌梗死PCI术患者接受治疗期间优质护理和常规护理的相关影响。方法 研究对象均从本院急性心肌梗死患者中抽取，所有患者均接受PCI术治疗，开展时间为2023年2月，结束时间为2024年2月，从中选取90例资料完整的患者，并采用“双盲选”法进行分组，两个小组各获得45例，一组是参照组使用常规护理，另一组是研究组使用优质护理，记录结果并比较。结果 研究组护理后情绪状态、满意度优于参照组，并发症发生率低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对急性心肌梗死PCI术患者采用优质护理对病情和预后的影响明显优于常规护理。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of quality nursing and routine nursing during PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The study subjects were all selected from patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital. All patients received PCI, which was carried out in February 2023 and ended in February 2024. 90 patients with complete data were selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group by "double blind selection" method. The other was a study group that used quality care, recorded the results and compared them. Results The emotional state and satisfaction of the study group after nursing were better than that of the reference group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing on the condition and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is better than that of conventional nursing.
