| 摘要 |
分析泌尿外科腹腔镜手术的并发症的护理效果。方法 于2023年3月-2024年2月期间，选取165例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象，电脑随机将患者分为两组，对照组（n=82）采用常规护理，观察组（n=83）采用并发症护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组较对照组并发症的发生几率较低；切口疼痛评分和住院时间均有明显减少；生活质量评分高；护理满意度高，上述指标对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在接受泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者中采用并发症护理，可以有效降低术后并发症的发生几率，减轻切口疼痛缩短住院时间，对预后生活质量有明显提高作用，而且患者对护理干预的满意度较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of complications of laparoscopic urological surgery. Methods From March 2023 to February 2024, 165 patients with laparoscopic urological surgery were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups by computer. The control group (n=82) received routine nursing, and the observation group (n=83) received complications nursing, and the nursing effect was compared. Results The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group. Incision pain score and hospital stay were significantly reduced. High quality of life score; Nursing satisfaction was high, and the above indexes were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of complication nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic urological surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce incision pain and shorten hospital stay, and significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life, and patients have a higher satisfaction with nursing intervention.
