Objective To explore the application value of hospital-home supervision combined with intensive diet nursing in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis admitted to our hospital in the past three years was conducted as research analysis samples. According to the order of admission, all patients were divided into observation group (hospital-family supervision combined with intensive diet nursing n=50) and control group (routine nursing n=50). Relevant index data of patients in the two groups after different interventions were collected and collated. Observe and contrast the differences in performance. Results Compared with the control group, the family disease burden score, social support score, self-care ability and nutrition index data of patients in the observation group were significantly better, and the P value between groups showed <0.05 standard, achieving statistical significance. Conclusion The combination of hospital and family supervision and intensive diet nursing can provide social support for patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis, alleviate the family burden of disease, stabilize the nutritional level of patients, and promote the improvement of self-care ability, which is worth learning.
