Valvular heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease, heart valve replacement is an effective treatment for heart diseases such as congenital heart defect heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and coronary heart disease, the application of this replacement surgery in our country has been relatively mature. Every year in our country heart valve replacement patients more than 80,000 cases, the total number of cases more than 2 million, surgical treatment effect is good, however, postoperative complications of prosthetic valve, mechanical valve or blood fusion are easy to occur. Long-term anticoagulation therapy can effectively prevent postoperative complications, but cannot completely eliminate the influence of adverse factors. therefore, in order to ensure the prognosis of surgical treatment, it is necessary to carry out rehabilitation nursing effectively, and there are many methods and contents of rehabilitation training in clinical practice, it is very important to choose proper rehabilitation nursing for patients after operation, so we should be especially careful.
