| 摘要 |
探讨眼底病病人护理过程中深化细节及安全管理的效果。方法 选取2023年2月至2024年1月收治的眼底病病人70例，随机分为观察组（深化细节及安全管理）和对照组（常规护理）各35例，对比效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组自护能力评分相对更高，组间对比（P<0.05）。干预后，观察组存在更低的心理状态评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。且与对照组比较，观察组生活质量评分更高，护理满意度（服务态度、服务技术、服务效率、服务质量、时间管理）更高，组间对比（P<0.05）。结论 深化细节及安全管理可提升眼底病病人的护理效果，提高自护能力，改善心理健康状态，提升生活质量评分，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of deepening details and safety management in the nursing process of patients with fundus disease. Methods 70 patients with fundus disease admitted from February 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group (in-depth detail and safety management) and control group (routine nursing), 35 cases each, to compare the effect. Results Compared with the control group, the self-care ability score of the observation group was relatively higher (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the observation group had a lower psychological state score than the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher quality of life score and nursing satisfaction (service attitude, service technology, service efficiency, service quality, time management), and the comparison between groups was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Deepening details and safety management can improve the nursing effect of patients with fundus disease, improve self-care ability, improve mental health status, and enhance quality of life score, which is worthy of application.
