| 摘要 |
探讨延伸护理实施对小儿肺炎护理的价值。方法 将我院2022年1月~2022年12月80例小儿肺炎患儿，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施延伸护理。比较两组护理前后家长疾病知识掌握水平、家长满意度、治疗依从性、疾病复发率。结果 实验组家长疾病知识掌握水平高于对照组，家长满意度高于对照组，治疗依从性高于对照组，疾病复发率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义P＜0.05。结论 小儿肺炎患儿实施延伸护理效果确切，可提高家长疾病掌握度和患儿治疗依从性，降低复发率，提高家长的满意度，值得临床进一步推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of extended nursing for children with pneumonia. Methods 80 children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given extended nursing. Compare the level of parents disease knowledge, parents satisfaction, treatment compliance, and disease recurrence rate before and after nursing in the two groups. Results The level of disease knowledge of parents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the satisfaction of parents was higher than that in the control group, the treatment compliance was higher than that in the control group, and the disease recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group，The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of extended nursing for children with pneumonia has a definite effect, which can improve the parents grasp of disease and the childrens treatment compliance, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the parents satisfaction，It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
