| 摘要 |
研究分析以家庭为中心的儿科护理在小儿川崎病冠状动脉扩张护理中的应用效果。方法 研究对象为从我院2020年1月至2024年1月期间收治的川崎病合并冠状动脉扩张患儿中筛选出的20例，将其按照随机数字表法进行组别划分，分为研究组、对照组两组，每组均10例。比较两组的患儿的恢复情况和家属家庭负担。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患儿的恢复情况更加理想，其家属的家庭负担也更轻，P＜0.05，存在统计学意义。结论 予以川崎病冠状动脉扩张患儿以家庭为中心的护理干预，确保患儿的治疗有效性，促进患儿康复，降低不良并发的发生概率，减轻家庭负担，值得推广利用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of family centered pediatric nursing in the care of coronary artery dilation in children with Kawasaki disease. Method The study subjects were 20 children with Kawasaki disease complicated with coronary artery dilation admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2024. They were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 10 cases in each group. Compare the recovery status and family burden of two groups of patients. Result Compared with the control group, the recovery situation of the study group was more ideal, and the family burden of their families was also lighter, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Family centered nursing intervention for children with Kawasaki disease coronary artery dilation has significant effects and is worth promoting and utilizing.
