中医辨证施护及情志护理在慢性前列腺炎患者中的应用

| 摘要 |
本研究针对目前临床现状，比较和分析对慢性前列腺炎患者应用中医辨证施护联合情志护理的实验成果。方法 本次研究样本为我院180例慢性前列腺炎患者，将患者划分为两组，记录各组数据进行组间对比。结果 研究组联合护理干预的实施效果较为理想，本组患者不良心理情绪均有明显缓解，且依从率高达93.33%（84/90），同时对其护理服务的接受度、认可度较高，对比另一组各项数据，组间P值均达到小于0.05标准。结论 临床针对慢性前列腺炎患者的护理过程中，为其提供中医辨证施护联合情志护理干预方案，可改善此类患者不良心理情绪，从而提升其治疗依从行为，同时整体护理满意度得以提高，即体现出该项护理方案对其预后质量的影响意义深远。

| Abstract |
Objective This study compare and analyze the experimental results of TCM application for patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods The sample of this study was 180 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups, and the data of each group was recorded for comparison between groups. Results The implementation effect of the joint nursing intervention in the study group was relatively ideal. All the adverse psychological mood of the patients were significantly relieved, and the compliance rate was as high as 93.33% (84 / 90). At the same time, the acceptance and recognition of the nursing services were relatively high. Compared with the data of another group, the P value between the groups was less than 0.05. Conclusion Clinical for chronic prostatitis patients in the process of nursing, provide TCM syndrome differentiation combined nursing intervention scheme, can improve such patients with bad psychological mood, so as to improve their treatment compliance behavior, and improve the overall nursing satisfaction, which reflects the nursing plan quality of the prognosis of far-reaching significance.
