| 摘要 |
此次研究目的是针对哮喘病患者应用呼吸护理的临床效果进行探讨。方法 将本院2023年1月~2024年1月哮喘病患者100例作为研究对象，将患者分组采取区别护理，行常规护理者纳入参照组（50例），行呼吸护理者纳入研究组（50例），统计患者护理干预后疾病治疗效果、肺功能指标、护理满意度各项数据，对比两组差异性，评价护理效果。结果 疾病治疗有效率研究组高于参照组；护理后患者肺功能指标研究组高于参照组；护理满意度研究组高于参照组；两组数据对比有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 呼吸护理的应用，有助于哮喘病患者疾病治疗效果提升，改善肺功能水平，护理满意度提升，护理效果理想，值得应用。

| Abstract |
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of respiratory care for patients with asthma. Methods 100 patients with asthma in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects, and the patients were divided into different groups for differential nursing. Those who received routine nursing were included in the reference group (50 cases), and those who received respiratory nursing were included in the research group (50 cases). The data of disease treatment effect, lung function index and nursing satisfaction after nursing intervention were analyzed. The difference between the two groups was compared to evaluate the nursing effect. Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. After nursing, the pulmonary function index of the study group was higher than that of the reference group. The nursing satisfaction group was higher than the reference group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of respiratory nursing is helpful to improve the treatment effect of asthma patients, improve the level of lung function, improve nursing satisfaction, nursing effect is ideal, worthy of application.
